FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What should I expect in my first iridology session?
Expect a thorough examination of your iris and an explanation of the most important signs, a discussion about your health history and goals, and personalized health recommendations based on the findings.
  • Do I need to prepare for an iridology session?
No preparation is needed if you have an in person appointment. If you have an online appointment, make sure to send in your eye pictures at least 48 hours beforehand, so we have time to confirm that the quality of your pictures is sufficient.
  • Can iridology sessions be done remotely?
Yes, you can book an online zoom appointment with us. Just make sure that you install the app before your appointment and send us a clear and high quality picture of both of your eyes at least 48 hours before your appointment. Follow these instructions on how to take your eye pictures.
  • Can I wear contact lenses when I take my eye pictures?
It is best to remove contact lenses when you take your eye pictures to allow a clear view of your iris and avoid any glare.
  • Can I have an iridology session if I have had eye surgery?
Generally speaking yes, but it depends on the surgery. Some procedures cause a deformation of the iris, which makes it impossible to analyze. Please inform us about the type of surgery you received and send a picture of the eye before you make your appointment. Once we confirmed that it is good to work with, you can book your session.
  • Can iridology diagnose diseases?
Iridology does not diagnose diseases but rather identifies potential health imbalances and areas that may need further attention.
